Better habits for a restful night!

Do’s & Don’ts

Do:

  • Read a book before bed.
  • Practice deep breathing.
  • Drink calming tea.

Don't:

  • Drink coffee late in the day.
  • Use your phone in bed.
  • Take long naps late afternoon.

My Routine

I start winding down at 9 PM, do a 5-minute meditation, and keep my phone away from the bed. Lights out by 10 PM!
